Ring Sizing

Tips for Ring Sizing:

Nobody wants your ring to be a perfect fit more than we do (except maybe you), which is why we offer a wide range of sizes for most items. We also do custom and quarter sizes for many styles on request. If you have questions about what we can do, please contact us.

In the meantime, follow these tips (and use our size conversion chart below) to make sure you get the right size, right now!
  • Get an accurate measurement! It goes without saying, but guesstimating your ring size is not a great idea. You may have the eyes of an eagle, but eagles don't size rings so just trust the experts. We strongly recommend you have your finger sized by professional jewelers prior to placing your order.

  • Watch out for shrinkage! The whole swimming pool argument about "shrinkage" absolutely applies to the circumference and diameter of your fingers. Your ring size can vary slightly by jeweler, by the time of day, and even by season. Yep, your fingers are a little more dainty during the winter.

We suggest you get at least 2 - 3 ring measurements under your belt before making a final determination on your size.

  • Learn how to tell a good fit! As Buddha (we think) once said, "In all things, moderation." You can also call it the Goldilocks Rule: A perfectly fitting ring will have a little bit of resistance when you put it on, especially when it goes over the knuckle.

You should feel it, but it should be comfortable -- not tight or restricted. Flex your fingers and make some motions with your hands when you try on your ring to gauge the fit. Give your hand a minute to adjust and then, like Buddha also said, "If it feels good, do it!"

  • Need a ring resized/exchanged? If you need to have one of our rings resized/exchanged then there is a 20% remake fee (of the original purchase price). Please note that each ring is custom made to order just for you and we do not have a large facility with thousands of rings sitting around. Read our resizing policy for more details.

International Ring Size Conversion Chart:

The chart below lists all sizes we typically offer and their international equivalents. If you know your measurements but not your size, or if you are ordering from outside the US and Canada, simply find your line on the chart then match it with the number in the gray column.
